Remember when you could cop drugs without worrying that you would OD from the drugs being laced with Fentanyl? I could start there by addressing that.
We could do even better by taking hard drugs off the street corner and putting them in a professional pharmacy or dispensary.
We create the violent/risky underground drug market with our current drug policies, which is unnecessary.
