The Mirror - I remember almost 20 years ago when the Newburgh VFW let my friends book a heavy show without knowing what would go down. I think it was Ion Dissonance and First Blood. The guy who ran the VFW came in and saw kids dancing heavily he was like "Nope! No more of that!"
They let them finish the show and stuff, but he was so aghast at what he saw that he never let them book there again
That very building was turned into a Dunkin' not too long after. Historical Newburgh along the waterfront!😆🍿
